The payroll function is one of the most important yet integral part of any business.

With the introduction of new and complex legalisation adding to the existing and all ready complex Compliance Law, it is no wonder Employers look towards Advantage ATO to help run and administer their payroll function. At Advantage ATO, our in house and dedicated team of payroll specialists, thrive to be ahead of the ever increasing changes in legislation and Employer Compliance.

Whether you run weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or annualised payrolls, we have all the working knowledge and resources to hand to guide you through seamlessly.

All of our payrolls are prepared on an agreed timely basis to suite your business needs and we will ensure you are fully compliant each month in respect of your ‘RTI’ (Real Time Information) obligations and advise you of the PAYE and National Insurance liabilities as they fall due.

Collectively and combined, our payroll team members have over 60 years experience in this field and are experts prevalent towards these everyday issues faced by Employers.

In addition to the administration of our client’s payroll production, we can also assist with the following additional services:

  • Set up of PAYE Schemes
  • Calculation of all timely deductions, such as PAYE and National Insurance
  • SMP Calculation and recovery
  • SSP Calculation and recovery
  • Administration of Tax Code changes
  • Real Time Information (RTI) Submissions
  • Deal with Pension Contributions linked to existing schemes and ‘Auto Enrolment’
  • Administer Employee Expenses
  • P11D Preparation and submission for Directors and Employees
  • Calculation of NIC on benefits

As we lean towards a more IT friendly nation, we can offer secure E-Payslips, however we do still provide payslips in a traditional secure paper format, the choice is yours.

All of our payroll fees are fixed and banded, so our typical fee range supports the following:

  • 1 to 5 Employees
  • 5 to 9 Employees
  • 10 to 14 Employees
  • 15 to 19 Employees
  • 20 to 30 Employees
  • Over 30 Employees

Additional employees processed within each band, will not be charged until the limits are breached.

Our compromise deal allows you to come on board with a fix fee for 12 months, based on a average annualised intake and consistent employee base. This option is usually preferable with new and expanding clients who envisage an increase in their staff numbers throughout the year.

This option provides for a ‘one off’ agreed fee no matter the number of additional employees (Terms and conditions apply). Only on expiration of the 12 month contract will the flexibility of the banding come into force and the fee renegotiated based on your current employee numbers.
